The people here were fantastic! I had an emergency and they squeeze me right in. And I had never been there before! Katie, at the front desk was extremely helpful over the phone when I called in the emergency and then going over the finacial options she was fantastic. Kept asking if I understood and double checking costs for me. But Dr. Michael Bratland and his assistants were out of this world! He was able to get me comfortable, explained all options and was basically a "port in a storm." I was hurting and upset over an experience with a previous dentist and then to have Dr. Bratland take care of me so efficiently and with such caring was such a relief. And his office was so clean and well maintained it put you at ease right away. I would recommend him to anyone, especially if they are leary of dentists to begin with! I can't say enough about how well I was treated!
