Bice Rentals

We recently vacated our Bice house as we decided it was time to buy as opposed to rent. While we were happy to become homeowners, we were sad to leave the house we had spent the last 2 years in. We were on Mitchell Road in Machesney. The house was large and well maintained. When we had an issue the team at Bice was immediately on it and it was resolved quickly. As tenants we always paid our rent on time, never had any issue and when we left we followed the move out procedure exactly as Bice had stated it needed to be done in the lease. We cleaned had the carpets cleaned professionally, and left the place in good shape. We received a full return of our security deposit. The whole experience from moving in to vacating the property was excellent and the customer service was exceptional. As in any aspect of life, I think if you follow the rules, treat others respectfully and pay your dues on time, you will experience a positive relationship. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been renting from Bice Rentals for the past three years now, and have nothing but great things to say!! Anytime I have had an issue with anything, Kurt is always so quick to get out and help fix the issue. All the girls in the office are always very helpful and kind. I would recommend renting from Bice to everyone!

Before I got married, I rented from Bice and I have to say there was very little to complain about and anytime I had an issue that needed to be resolved, it always happened in a timely fashion. The girls at the office were always friendly and helpful too so I am surprised to see other reviews that stated differently. Overall, it was a good rental experience!

I rented from Bice for a couple of years. Maintenance always came out by the next day. I didn't have an issue with my security deposit return but I kept my place clean with little damages. If needed I would rent again from them.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the houses are really a bargain. It's great to be able to rent a house with a real yard in a such a great school district and have it still be affordable. Pay your rent and you'll have no probelms with Bice.

I have rented from Bice Rentals for over two years. I have rented two different houses in Roscoe and you can not find a better product and location for the money. Whenever we have had an issue their repair person came within a day to address it. He was very nice, professional and fixed the problem. I would rent from Bice again.
