Veterinary Surgery
Our clinic has 2 exam rooms, 2 reception rooms, a treatment room, a surgery room, a kennel room, an anesthesia prep room, and multiple offices. At our Rome location we perform routine surgery, sick pet diagnosis and treatment, and preventative care.
Small Animal Surgery
Dr. Chelsea Mathews joined the Endless Mountains Veterinary Family in June 2019. She graduated from the University of Missouri. Dr. Chelsea is most passionate about the human-animal bond and the important role our pets play in our lives and the lives of our clients. She believes this bond is a taste of God's original Eden creation and is a beautiful gift here on earth. Professionally she is most interested in preventative care, small animal surgery, special imaging, oncology and cardiology. In her personal time she loves reading, horseback riding, music, theology, and youth ministry. She has a husband named Jason and together they have two cats "Frederick and Mindy", three dogs, a Shar-Pei mix named "Capone" and two Chihuahuas. Jason is a musician and pastor currently pursuing his MDIV.

Laboratory Services
While there is no way to prevent your pet from ever getting sick, the most cost-effective way to deal with an illness is catching it before it gets serious. You can do this by requesting a complete physical which may include teeth and gum cleaning if needed. By providing a full physical and performing blood tests or other diagnostics if necessary, your veterinarian is more likely to catch a condition before it gets worse and more expensive to treat.
X-Ray
Our veterinary clinic's diagnostic labs are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. With our world-class technology, we can run blood samples "in house" (including full blood chemistries and complete blood counts), perform ultrasonography (ultrasounds) and digital radiography (digital x-rays), observe cytological samples (stool and urine samples), as well as refer lab work to state laboratories when necessary, for specific testing. Each individual clinic is equipped with state of the art Blood Chemistry Analyzers ensuring timely and reliable results.
Dental Radiology
We have a full surgical suite offering the most up-to-date Anesthesia, Dental Radiography, Dental Prophylaxis, Complete Patient Monitoring (during and after surgery) and Electrocautery. Patients are closely monitored and recorded throughout every General Anesthetic procedure.

Dog Training
Our Athens location started in 2012. In October 2016, we moved to a newly remodeled office on W. Pine Street to expand our services to the surrounding area. We added an additional 2,500 square foot addition in 2019. At our Athens location we offer a full spectrum of veterinary medical care for your pets, including (but not limited to) digital radiography, complete dental prophylaxis, ultrasonic scaling, fluoride treatment, in-house blood chemistry analysis, surgical procedures, sick pet diagnosis, grooming services, puppy training classes, laser therapy, treatment and preventative care.

Small Animal Vet
2018 - March - Dr. Michelle Maine joined our practice with the Owego clinic, as a small animal veterinarian - with the plan to move to England at the beginning of the summer.
