General Info

Floyd Physical Therapy and Rehab provides outpatient rehabilitation services for patients needing additional therapy after hospitalization, for those recovering from surgery or illness and those with an existing disability. Experienced licensed therapists work with patients individually to build strength and stamina in our gymnasium equipped with weight machines, free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines and stationary bicycles. In addition, our staff incorporates other training exercises to help patients improve skills, mobility and independence. Patients with the following conditions may benefit from our outpatient rehabilitation services • Amputation • Arthritis • Autism • Auditory Processing Disorders • Back Pain • Brain Injuries • Cardiac Disorders (stable) • Chronic Pain • Cognitive Deficits (i.e., memory loss, etc.) • Dysphagia • Fall Risk/Vestibular disturbances • Fibromyalgia • Fractures • Hand Injuries/Disease • Lymphedema • Orthopedic Surgery Recovery • Parkinson's Disease • Pregnancy Related Injuries • Speech Related Disorders/Injuries • Spinal Cord Injuries • Sports-Related Injuries • Stroke • Work-Related Injuries • Wound
