        My name is Darrell Ray,I was in terrible shape when I started going to Russ.i have worked on a farm for years and was a lot of heavy lifting involved and that messed up my lower back,now I go in every so often Now just for a freshen up I can work now without discomfort thanks Russ your the best

        Dr. Russ is the best my back has never felt better. As bad as I was hurting I thought he would have to strap me onto an invention table but that wasn't the case
