My experience with these guys. After spending $425.00 and 6 service calls this summer 2015. Not to mention previous service calls prior to 2015. Needless to say the unit is only 5 years old. This summer 2015 they installed a new compressor and cleaned the condenser coil. Still not fixed! Freezing up again. All service calls after that they would just gas the system up and leave with out thoroughly checking the system out. As of now it's still not fixed. So sad they are the ones that installed the new air conditioning unit when the house was built in 2010. Don't ask me about the warranty, because they never gave me anything in writing. A contractor used by the City of Fort Smith Housing Authority.
