The Radiator Shop

SCAM!!! This "repair" shop is a big scam!! They are scamming people out of their money and providing awful repair work. This is how they are doing it... When you call the "owner" or "head manager" will answer and tell you how much your problem should cost to fix after you describe your problem with them. In my case he said it would be $35 dollars..then when you get there the "owner" will not be there after he told you he would be. And so his head mechanic will tell you sorry no i can't do this for any less than ($75 in my case). So when you complain he "calls the owner" and tells him that there is a lot more work than you described..which is NOT true.. and then he tells you; you can call the owner now and he will tell you I'm sorry i can't make my mechanic do the work for any less than he thinks it will cost!!! And this guy is supposed to be the owner??? The end price will usually be what you could buy a completely new radiator for!!! They are taking advantage of people who don't know anything about mechanic work. Luckily we DO!! And other reviewers i found on the BBB Better Business Bureau said that they did have work done and the repair came apart the next day, and when they took it back they were told that it would cost even more money...for a problem that the shop caused to begin with!!! Again this is an awful business trying to scam innocent people like you and me out of our hard earned money!!!
