        Get everything in writing. I recently worked with them on two houses. The first house was a fully furnished house that the previous owners dog had urinated all over it and the answer I got from them was they could do nothing while we lived there so we simply needed to avoid that room. On the second house I went in their office and asked them specifically how much of my deposit I would get back after cleaning charges came out. They either have selective memory, or they quote things without checking. The bill was way over what they quoted and the best part was they charged me for painting walls that were damaged when I moved in. There response time and customer service are very poor as well.
