Auto Stop Repairs

They were seemingly nice people. I should have known when the tow truck driver did not know of the shop how bad it was going to be. I hit a curb bending and braking parts in rear suspension. Multiple times I was told it was completed and I could come pick it up. Each time it was not ready, they were either unresponsive or the shop was closed during business hours. They continually gave me excuses and telling me what I wanted to hear but not the truth. Besides leaving me stranded the worse part is that the work was deplorable. The brakes failed within one block from leaving the shop! I took it to another shop for an inspection and was told that my car was unsafe to drive and they could not allow me to drive it off the lot for my safety! Parts were missing, brakes were installed incorrectly, and it was the most out of alignment that they've seen. Keep in mind when I drove away from the Auto Stop I was told it was all "fixed" aligned and balanced. This has all been documented and confirmed by two reputable shops and certified mechanics.

Had my oil changed here. Quick, competent work, at a reasonable price. Lady at the desk was real friendly! Owner was real eager to answer my questions about a totally unrelated repair. I'll be going back there when i need something done!!! Thanks Auto Stop!!!

Had my brakes serviced here. Was amazing! Polite and knowledgeable people. Had granddaughter with me and felt totally comfortable with that. Quite and clean environment. Will recommend to family and friends.
