The Dental Care Center - Rocky Mount - Oakwood, Wayfarer Court

My family and I (7 of us) were patients of this office. My husband and I spent so much money on getting our teeth and the kids teeth fixed. We figured it needed to get done. Anyway, we moved to Raleigh and our eldest had an appointment there for 2 fillings, but because we moved i made a new appointment at a dentist here in raleigh. Come to find out after our dentist here in raleigh did the x-rays she had NO CAVITIES!!?? We honestly think that this dentist is a rip off and they are just out to make money, NOT help patients. STAY AWAY!!!

I was a patient in this office which it's mainly medicaid.

Staff is great and even some Dr.

The reason a took my family and myself somewhere else was because of one Doctor.

His Name is Simpson. The most rud and mean person there is me and my kids had the worse experience due to not be completely numb and my tooth was pulled. I asked and raised my left hand as he said to me if i was feeling pain and he got extremely upset saying that it was all in my head.

the same happened to my boy.

he came out to the lobby crying saying he did not want to come over that clinic ever again and he just had a filling done.

My son was telling me on the way home that this particular Dr. was practically yelling at him telling him to open his mouth and that he gave him enough medicine to be numb , opening his jaw open with both of his hands and still holding the drill.

My son stated to swell at night while he was still in pain after treatment.

I strongly recomend not to accept this man as your family or for yourself as a provider.

The last time that i was there was the day my son said to me what happened while hi was crying on the way home.

It was then when i knew that when i had the same experience wasn't me being a big baby as he called me.

I also was supposed to have just one tooth pull and when he came into the room said to the nurse to annotate the others filling i had to have done and did one side up and down of my face and the tooth was also pulled the same day

my question was ... why if i had my cleaning and exam done a week or two weeks before how come the doctor that saw me on my cleaning day missed all those cavities he saw that day.

i think he makes up think to fill up his pocket.

maybe they don't know what he is doing to them or maybe ha can because maybe he is the owner.

Either way, if someone else has the same experience report him because i will do it.

He is one of those Dentist that should be penalize for the way he work and the way he does business.
