        Bought a 4 1/2" x 15 balloon for closing of pool. Opened a week later to blow up. Had several holes in it, called Namco, but without a receipt showing we paid cash they would not replace or refund. People I spoke with had every excuse as why not to exchange it. I will never do business or recommend Namco to anyone I know.
