Lakeside Irrigation

Unfriendly customer service and absolutely impossible to get a hold of.



There was a leak in my irrigation system back a month and a 1/2 ago in May, notified by the City's public utilities. Lakeside apparently came out to fix it and said it was fixed. A month and a 1/2 later, in the hottest month of July in Texas, the entire irrigation system ceased to work with absolutely no response when turned on. Spoke to a customer representative who was ultimately unfriendly and gave little advise/information.



It has been a pain trying to get a hold of them, with most of the calls going to voice mails. Till date, my voicemail has yet been returned. If I could rate it a 0 stars, I would have.

We recently purchased a new home in McKinney and Lakeside installed our irrigation system. We noticed shortly after moving in that one of the drip irrigation zones was not working. I called and left a message with Lakeside (not knowing what the experience would be like) and within an hour my call was returned and an appointment was set for the next day. They gave a timeframe of what time they had available and said they would give me a 30 min call ahead of time. They did just that! Very responsive, very courteous and on time. Being a Realtor my experience with other companies has not been great. I would highly recommend Lakeside to all my clients and to anyone that appreciates great service and quality workmanship! There are still contractors that care. Thanks!
