        I had an issues with a chair that I purchased, and I came into the store to try to resolve it with the sales person that helped me when I purchased the chair, he wasn’t working that day, so Christine took the pleasure of helping me out, the experience I had with her was like no other experience I’ve had with any other furniture store that I’ve ever been to, she was so very helpful, patient, and so kind. We didn’t resolve the issue that day, but she told me that she would be there to help me out if I chose to come back, I did, and she was there, we finally got the issue resolved, but if it wasn’t for her, I really think that it never would have got resolved. I want to say THANK YOU CHRISTINE GRAY, for all your help!!!!

        I had such a wonderful shopping experience yesterday evening shopping at the Rockville location. The store manager was very pleasant and superb professional team. I bought an entrainment center floor display model, and he gave me an excellent deal. I highly recommend shopping at this location, great customer service. I absolutely give it 2 thumps up.
