Ma’s is a greedy company who will not stand by repairs of its work. If you complain about their shoddy workmanship they will tell you it is “your problem”. Avoid this company at all costs.



We had a kitchen installed by Ma’s. As long as there was a payment due for work, Ma’s was there.



After the installation though, we had consistent problems with the water draining in the kitchen. The pipes were part of the contract. Everyday there were large amounts of gray water in our sink which took several minutes with a plunger to empty. We contacted Ma’s repeatedly with no response. Since there was no more money involved Ma’s couldn’t be bothered with repairs and standing by their work.



As the terrible back up of the pipes got worse and worse, I started to call other repair companies to get the pipes repaired, thinking I could get the pipes repaired then go to Ma’s for reimbursement.



Ma’s finally agreed to repair the pipes. Once Ma’s repaired the pipes, which was part of the contract the owner demanded $150 for the price of a couple of plastic PVC pipes. I refused. Three days later the owner then insisted on $100 for the price of a couple of plastic PVC pipes. I guess within three days the price of PCV piping had dropped by $50. I paid the $100 grudgingly. Later I went to complain about this greedy demand and the owner said this was “my problem” and laughed with his wife about my request to get the $100 back.



Ma’s has a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) which was not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.



Tatyana Baytler on google reviews stated: “Really bad quality and just as bad service! Granite came a part at the seem, cabinet doors do not close, etc….they do not stand behind their work. I contacted them soooo many times but yet to get anything resolved.”



Again, Ma’s is a greedy company who will not stand by repairs of its work. If you complain about their shoddy workmanship they will tell you it is “your problem”. Avoid this company.
