Ear Infections
Ear infections, also known as otitis media, are one of the most common conditions, affecting up to 75 percent of children in the US by the time they reach the age of three. This condition develops as a result of a buildup of fluid in the Eustachian tubes, which connect the eardrum to the nose. Patients with an ear infection may experience earache, fever, ear discharge, headache and dizziness. Ear infections rarely affect adults.

Dr. Daly received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and completed his internship in General Surgery and residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Ear Surgery
Ear surgery for children or adults can set prominent ears back closer to the head and reduce the size of large ears. Surgery may also be helpful for “lop ear," "cupped ear" and "shell ear,” large or stretched earlobes, and lobes with creases and wrinkles. The procedure lasts from two to three hours and may be performed in a hospital, office-based facility or an outpatient surgery center under general or local anesthesia.

Dr. Pham also generously donates her time to many local and international charity organizations, including medical missions with the organizations, Operation of Hope and Operation Restore Hope as well as local hospital cancer screenings.
Mohs Surgery
Mohs Micrographic Surgery is intended to remove cancers while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible and leaving only a small wound. Unfortunately, even this highly precise technique can result in a large wound or a scar, which can be especially upsetting if the tumor was on a cosmetically critical area of the body such as the face or hand. Having a plastic surgeon close the initial wound ensures that post-operative scarring will be kept to a minimum and may even be unnoticeable. Patients who have had Mohs surgery in the past can also come to a plastic surgeon for scar revision.

Plastic Surgeons

Botox
BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to smooth crow's feet, frown and worry lines, and lines on the neck. Made from a purified protein, BOTOX® relaxes wrinkles and gives the face a rejuvenated look. BOTOX® may also be useful for migraine headaches, excessive sweating, and eye and neck muscle spasms.
Eyelid Surgery
Patients may seek treatment for droopy eyelids for cosmetic and/or medical purposes. Severe drooping may obstruct vision as the eyelid gradually droops lower and lower, eventually covering the eye. Other patients are simply bothered by the appearance of their eyelids. Treatment for this condition usually involves eyelid surgery, known as blepharoplasty. This procedure involves lifting the eyelid and reattaching it to a higher location on the face.
Rhinoplasty
One of the most common plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty is performed to reshape, reduce or augment a person’s nose, remove a hump, narrow nostril width, change the angle between the nose and the mouth, or to correct injury, birth defects, or other problems that affect breathing. Rhinoplasty is usually an outpatient procedure performed under either local or general anesthesia and lasts one to two hours.

Face Lift
A facelift can be combined with a browlift, eyelid surgery or nose reshaping for more dramatic results, or it can be restricted to the neck (necklift) if the patient’s problems center there. Incisions are made in inconspicuous places such as behind the hairline and in natural folds of the face and ears, and scars fade to near invisibility in time. Results of a facelift do not last forever, but in another sense, the effects are permanent; years later, your face will continue to look better than if you had never had the procedure.
Blepharoplasty

Physical Therapy
Treatment for facial paralysis depends on the underlying cause of the condition, but may include medication, physical therapy or surgery to relieve pressure on the facial nerve or to repair a severely damaged facial nerve. It is important to maintain the health of the eye when the facial nerve is paralyzed. This can be done by wearing protective glasses or patches and using drops to keep the eye moisturized.
