        Overall

        Horrible customer service!! Apparently they need to train the staff on how to plug in appointments on their computer! I received NO, "I'm Sorry", they did not try to rectify the problem in any way, except, there's the door, after waiting for a whole week for this appointment !! Never again will step foot in that place!
