Shannon Bay Apartments

The new manager here Paulette (not sure if that's how you spell it, but idc), she goes against the rules by bumping her friends and family up the move-in list !!! She's not in the office from 9am to 3pm (minus 12-1 lunch) like she's says on the recording when you call, which is the only thing you'll get if you even decide to call, she literally adds new meaning to "making your own hours". She's snotty, she complains about things YOU do but gets offensive if you complain to her about things she does, inconsiderate woman. She seems to run some sort of daycare by having her thousand step kids/cousins or whatever stay in her unit and round around the complex creating havoc.



Dave, the maintenance guy, omg where do you begin with this loser. He doesn't seem to know how to fix anything, he doesn't do ANY cleaning around the complex (no upkeep) , he will offend your guests without any reason at all, making rude comments like some 6th grade immature bully. He doesn't like children, so don't come here if you have kids. Oh and if in case he is rude to you, and you try to explain your position to the manager, Paulette, good luck, cause by the time you do, he'll already have a report full of made up witnesses saying or rather contorting the incident and making you out to be the one at fault, and they will file it to back him up. Don't even try to kick at he guy, otherwise you will be evicted, it seriously is corrupt here.



Ps~ In Paulettes recording when you call, she mentions "professionally managed".. Well, lol, it couldn't be more the opposite. Paullette and Dave (maintenance guy) make a great team of playing the tenants, they have no clue as to how to treat people and or run any property.
