        California Family Fitness, Rocklin Sports & Fitness is a 78,000 square foot sports complex. The facility features a full fitness center, a group fitness room, child care, two indoor astroplay grass soccer fields with border patrol dasher boards surrounding both fields, and two hardwood NCAA regulation-sized basketball courts that can be converted into four volleyball courts. Our facility has been used for lacrosse, kickball, dodgeball, and even football and baseball practices. If you want to rent a court or field, they are available for rental by members and non-members.The Rocklin fitness center has a 26-foot circular rock climbing wall and Extreme Air Jumper. The club has a sports bar and a grill lounge area with multiple TV screens covering a multitude of sporting events. The fitness center offers basketball, futsal, volleyball, both youth and adult soccer leagues, and adult basketball leagues. The Rocklin Sports Complex also offers parties for sports teams and birthdays. Cal Fit will do all the work, and you'll have all the fun!

        Love the indoor soccer here! My boy has played multiple seasons. It's a fun atmosphere to be in and watch him play.

        Their "attractions" like the repelling wall and bounce thing are always out of service! Such a disappointment and it makes it so much harder to convince to kids to go get exercise when they are told time and time again "tomorrow, next week, etc..." So when we go back, we only hear another story as to why they can't play on it.

        I like how much variety this location has, but the entry area can get very crowded and could be a security issue. Anyone can walk in, very little monitoring.

        Group Fit classes are great. It doesn't look as fancy as the newer gyms ( focus is definitely on indoor soccer) but the group for instructors are top notch and that's why I keep coming. If you're a soccer or basketball player, you'll love this place. Parking is mildly annoying for gym members trying to get to a workout class when soccer is in season.

        This is a really cool Cal Fit location. They have indoor soccer here. They also have a snack bar. My kids love going to birthday parties here!
