Dominic was extremely polite and helpful both on the phone and in person. He took time with me, he was patient and enthusiastic about his products even though I am from Elk Grove, I will drive the extra distance.

We purchased six pieces of furniture. The more we bought the more of a discount we received. Some furniture was available immediately, other we had to weight for about 9 weeks because our order kept getting messed up. Our salesperson was VERY helpful, the warehouse just wanted "on it."

I was looking online for a furniture place and I ran into American Furniture Galleries. I went in to check it out, and the service was great. I came back the second time to actually buy things, and the service was great as always.
