Domino's Pizza

Most pizza delivery places, at least those popular ones we all order from, are typically substandard service. This is either because of the incompetent and unenthusiastic employees or simply due to the ridiculous rules and regulations they all have. You know, the classic "we can't take that coupon" or "no, we can't give you a discount even though we took FOREVER to deliver your pizza, which is now cold." However, this Dominos location has always done a great job for me. The current manager is always very friendly and willing to try to help. He's even tried to save me money by finding a coupon or deal that could help me out without me even asking. For me, that's going way beyond the majority of popular pizza delivery franchise locations. I will continue to order my pizza from this location in the future.

We ordered 5 pizzas this weekend (5/31/08) for a child's party. We were told it would be 30 minutes for delivery. Two phone calls later to this Dominoes and 65 minutes later, the pizza arrived FINALLY. When I asked for a discount, the manager told me "No. We don't guarantee delivery." When I asked why their boxes state that the pizza will be delivered in 30 minutes, as does their commercials, the manager informed me that, "that's not guaranteed." He out and out refused t o even discuss a discount despite the wait (OVER the amount of time they said). This is false advertising! In my opinion, this Dominoes stinks!
