I love the people at Polley's Garage! This business has been open for over 50 years, with the same family. There are only 2 bad reviews on here. That says something right there.



I have been taking my various cars there since around 1999, and they have always been honest, and the work has always been properly done. In the beginning, I even got a second estimate to make sure I wasn't getting things I didn't need, only to find out that Polley's was right in everything they said.



This is an auto repair business. Yes, they do own tow trucks, but they primarily fix vehicles.



As posted all over the internet, the regular business hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. They are also open on some Saturday mornings.



Yes, they do have the calls forwarded, and they do get up in the middle of the night for towing emergencies like all the other towing companies if they are called by the police. That also means that once the guy gets your car to the garage, he is going home and going back to bed. There is no one on staff 24 hours a day. People don't come open grocery stores or pharmacies if you need something in the middle of the night, why would you expect a towing company to do so? Pat the owner is very nice, but a senior citizen. Don't be disrespectful and expect her to wake up and leave her house in the middle of the night so you can get your stuff, dummy!

This is the worst business I have come across in a long while. My girlfriend was in an accident on the interstate 5.5 hours from home. When I arrived to pick her up from the hospital and attempted to get her stuff from the vehicle I called this towing company to get access. The woman who answered the phone was fairly rude and I asked if there was anyway we could possibly get someone to help us out given our bad situation. She passed my number on the another guy. He called me and was a total jerk from the second we got on the phone. No compassion for what had just happened no willingness to be decent then he insulted my choice to come get my girlfriend recommended I get her a bus ticket or have her take a cab instead of driving from Iowa. Then he escalated it one step further when I told him he was being a "jerk" he decided it would be a good idea to threaten my over the phone e and told me to meet him and he would "take care of me". This all this only 5 hours after my girlfriend was in a very bad accident on the interstate. Can't wait to see what my attorney does with this!
