Worst service I ever had. Never ever go to this place.. they cheat and deceive you in getting the money before the procedure even start. Save yourself from wasting your time calling them and looking for answers.. worst management, the front office lady Meredith coerced to sign a long term contract before even the procedure begins and would not refund the amount after the recommendation from the Oral surgeon(office referred) that the procedure is not suitable. I spent months to follow up with the office to come to conclusion about the procedure and wasted over 6 months... Worst experience.. there are a lot of other good Orthodontics offices in Parsippany and Morris county where you can get complimentary examination and evaluation.. this place will charge you for everything... Save yourself time and money..

I am so pleased to have had my sons braces done at Rockaway Orthodontics, Dr. Melissa R. and Meredith at the desk, have beautiful smiles and every time we had an appointment, cancellation, or need to reschedule we have been greeted with smiles and professionalism. The office is very brand new state of the art and kept extremely clean. Staff is very attentive and takes the time to acknowledge and engage children and adults alike so that everyone looks forward to going to see them on appointment day. The office worked with me and my insurance so that payments were manageable and paid off quickly. I started my 2 boys and then decided to get my own teeth evaluated since 30 + years later ...because i did not wear my retainer I had some movement...so at almost 50 I decided to go with them correcting the movement and now I am so pleased once again with my smile. I highly recommend Rockaway Orthodontics.
