PetSmart

They used to be excellent about 2-3 years ago. The people working in each section knew about the animals they were in charge of dealing with, but now not only does the store seem to cater more towards the junk science crowd (organic nonGMO, gluten/grain free), clinging to the disproven ideas that our beloved pets are all descendants of specific wild animals that we should pay an exorbitant amount of money if we really cared about our “fur babies.” Most of the employees either hate their jobs and avoid doing it at all costs, or it’s clear most lack even the basic knowledge in their respective departments. . At least the cashiers are still amazing, friendly, and will go the extra mile for you. I may try to give another local PetSmart another chance, even though my last 2 experiences there were far worse—again, except for the cashiers.

HAVEN TAKEN MY DOG THERE BEFORE 4 TIMES AND EVERYTIME THEY HAVE DIFFERENT GROUP LAST TIME I TOOK HIM THEY SENT HIM BACK SAID THEY COULD NOT HANDLE HIM...WOULD NIOT EVEN BUY DOG FOOD THERE
