Pepper Ridge Apartments

Not even worth the 1 star I had to give them. Absolutely the worst management team I have ever worked with. The entire two years living there we had very minimal problems, concerns or even contact with management. Paid our bills on time and never missed one, went through three rent increases in two years and was never offered any incentives for our continued loyalty. We finally buy our first home and that's when the problems started. No communication of expectations from management regarding breaking lease, or non- renewal of lease. No communication given in regards to expectations of apartments with animals and now extra charges for replacement of unneeded new carpet. They were unreasonable, did not want to negotiate a medium and were unresponsive to our suggests to correct situation. If I had to speak to them I second longer I may have put my hands on them, that is how belligerent they acted during our final confrontation. Would not suggest this apartment to anyone not even an enemy.
