East Gate Villas

My husband and I lived in East Gate Villas from Jan 2014 thru July 2015 and loved it here. It is a quiet neighborhood that you can feel safe in.The property manager, Mitch, is a great guy. He would help us with any repairs needed in a timely, if not immediate, fashion. Whenever we traveled I would let him know and he was kind enough to keep an eye on our place and take in our packages. We got our full security deposit back within a week or so of moving out, without any issue- because we returned the unit in the condition we received it. The complex is conveniently located near the interstate, shopping and the walking path of Manchester Meadows. Cable is free so that makes up for what the water rate is. If I could change one thing about the place it would be to allow pets. East Gate Villas is truly a good place to call home.
