BEWARE of Reinhart Realty!!!! they are a dishonest company!!! i rented a house from them for 4 years and everything was fine until i bought a house and moved out. i gave them a notice and called after i moved out to make sure the move out inspection was OK. they said everything was fine. then i received notice that they say i owe them 1600 for cleaning the house, no major repairs just cleaning! my mom and me whent thro the house and made sure it was clean. The lady that conducted the inspection of the house was rude and said i left the house a mess and would not supply me with any kind of receipt. they said i broke the lease because i lost my job and could not pay rent anymore. i bought a house its kinda hard to do that with out a job. they do everything in there power to keep ur deposit and charge u for things there responable for in the first placed. do not rent from this company!!!!
