Young Nails & Spa II

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I went in there to get a full set of nails done and was told that they do not do acrylics but the product they use is so much better and "higher quality " and it would look much better than my acrylic nails. I then was called for my appointment the nail tech seemed friendly and at first i thought that it was going to be a good experience as the tech began to push back my cuticles and trim them most nail techs do not take the time to do so. Then she began to attempt to glue the nails tips to my nails she couldn't get them to stick to my nails which I have never experienced before I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. Several times during this torture session she glued our fingers together and I had to soak my fingers in aceton for several minutes. Because of her trying to pry our fingers apart several times I cuts on several of my fingers today and I am very sore from that. After about 40 mins she finally got all of my nails tips on at this point I was second guessing my decision to let this person even touch my nails but I figured I would give her the benefit of the doubt at this point my fingers were so sore I couldn't imagine the pain I would be in if she had to now remove all of the nail tips. During this interaction she kept apologizing telling me that this has never happened to her before and she must have been having an off day or that it must have been my nail bed that was causing the issue I assured her that it wasn't my nail bed that was the problem as this has never happened to me before either. At this point she starts to shape my nail tips most of them were crooked and extremely uneven I advised her that they were crooked and she comepletley ignored me and continued filing them. My thumb nail tip then became loose while she was filing it she put more glue under it and it began to burn my nail and skin so bad that I told her I thought it be best at that point to remove all the nails. She wanted to try and pry all of the nails off my already in pain nails I told her I would prefer aceton instead as I was in to much pain to sit through that at this point. That took another 30 minutes. She then said that this was a complete waste of her time and brought me a bowl of aceton. The whole painful interaction lasted about an hour and a half. I do not recommend this salon to anyone they are unprofessional and have no idea how to perform nail services.
