WJP Heating & Cooling

Worst HVAC company ever I wouldn't allow Parker to change a light bulb let alone install or repair an HVAC unit after finding out the hack job he did. Installed a new HVAC unit in my rental in Sept stopped working 12/9 Parker came out said it was the board would have it by Monday no part Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday and I had to call him every day to find out what was going on mind you temps were below 30 and then he told me he had paying customers ahead of me so in other words his warranty is another one of his lines of BS. Finally I called Goodman they told me local suppliers stock them and if not they would overnight the part and suggested I call TRS Heating and Cooling. Called TRS in Buffalo the service manager, Jeff came right out fixed the furnace and it wasn't the board also I was told the furnace was installed incorrectly no ground for the wiring, furnace is tilted 3", no piping glued or secured, A/C unit is not attached properly, I could go on and on and now I have to pay to have it done right by a professional experienced company not a hack. Do not let Parker and Sons, WJP Parker and Sons or any variation of that name into your home cause you're in for a robbery. He's your typical smash and grab kinda guy no experience but a lot of bull to convince you that he does. It took them 14 hours to install the furnace back in Sept...typically should have taken them 4-5 hours. Parker is the epitome of an incompetent inexperienced unprofessional ignorant idiot who should be behind bars for stealing from people. There should be a negative rating on here because he doesn't deserve the one star.

Paid for services and they never showed. They wouldn't answer my calls and their voicemail is full. Eventually got a call back and they stated that "we were there this morning and no one answered when we called." Company never knocked or rang the doorbell, they called my cellphone which was charging up stairs. I'm sorry but if you're at my house you do have the ability to knock or ring the door bell...

Extremely rude on the phone and didn't seem to care.
