This is my third time to Vogels Collision. First two experiences, work was fine no complaints. However my third experience I took my my porsche to get rear end damages repaired and was told it would take 5 days to complete. There was another week added to time because of availability of parts. Checked in with them on third week and car was finished but wrong color, another week for repaint correct color. Damage was also done from tech to interior drivers pocket door and left and pieces without notifying me and had to leave another day to fix and also polish out some scratches. The following morning I noticed a panel fit problem on bottom passenger quarter panel and rear bumper. This fit should be approximately 1/4" equal proportioned reveal but was tight at one end and 3/4" gap on other. When I arrived at shop and told Barry (owner) I had some concerns, His immediate response was " your not going to nickel and dime me to death". After he looked at improper alignment, barry said he would need additional monies to fix properly. If the tech had aligned it right on original fix when auto was disassembled if would not have to be done twice as with the case of the repaint. Bottom line, arrogant, poor customer service, and poor quality. NEVER recommend to anyone.

I am always satisfied with Vogel's due to what the cost is at the end of any operation that they perform.
