Bad company DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE..ANGELA AND BOB UNPROFESSIONAL OMG..SCAMS ..I WENT TO COURT AND CASE WAS DISMISSED SHE IS A LIER..THOT

Napier has much nicer properties, that are well maintained and serviced. The company has been in business for over 12 years and has lots of happy long term tenants. The company wants to serve good tenants that will respect the property and pay a fair price for a good property.

My mother is a mother of 13 but has 6 kids left to raise. After renting a house from from Napier Enterprises from 6-1-15 to 8-1-15 ( which is 2 months). There was a problem about getting the deposit. Sue told us it would take 2 weeks even if the house was in perfect condition. My mother signed a month to month least. After telling her the situation, and that in order to pay the the moving people we had to get the deposit back after of course cleaning and removing everything from the house. Her knowing our situation and knowing that the house was in perfect condition, she still with no sympathy, ethics or morals told us that she had to talk to Bob about it. And we are still waiting to know if the deposit will be given back to us. We had to cancel the moving company because of Sue and her stubbornness. We have had to reschedule our entire move because of her. We have yet to have a problem with Bob, he is very respectful. But his wife is very wrong and she will make him lose his business after stressing him out. And Sue also had a problem with us calling her on certain situations things like the the kitchen window can't open so when it comes to cooking it becomes very hot and if a fire was to start there would be no way out, and with 6 of us my mother very cautions about safety for us. The bathroom downstairs still leaks which is causing more money cause we do pay for water. The tiles in the upstairs bathroom is coming up. The carpet was very dirt and is coming up at the threshold because of poor installation. After bring all of this to Sue before we even moved, in 2 months later we will have the same problems. Now we are trying to relocate our deposit of 895$ is still being held, my mother did give a 30 day notice before considering and asking for the deposit back. What is very disappointing is that we are Christian and Sue claims to be Christian too but at the same time taking advantage of a single mother of 6 kids. And as the oldest daughter this is very frustrating to see us go through this and not being able to help. And because I'm still under the age of 15 not many people are hiring young kids. I want to help but all I can do is pray and fast and ask to Lord to help us.

Bob Napier is a very respectful businessman. He is great with people and compassionate. He is a solid guy. His new wife Sue has let herself into the business world to bring destruction. She is verbally abusive to the employees, and lacks competence and basic social skills, she is also incapable of properly communicating with all people in general. Since Sue has joined Napier Enterprises, Bob's Business and business reputation has suffered. A long time employee of Napier Enterprises, was fired without reason or cause, by Sue. This individual was a very loved and dedicated employee. This took place without Bobs' knowledge or approval. Upon discovery of his wife's actions Bob made attempts to get his loyal employee to stay. The attempts proved to be fruitless because she had had enough of the controlling and abusive way Sue had been dealing with her. No one should work in that type of environment! NO ONE! It's Sue that should be fired and not allowed to work in the business. A lot of other very reputable business owners feel that the addition of Sue will be the destruction of Napier Enterprises and Bob Napier. Sue is a prime example of Greed and has Control issues. She has let her marriage to Bob empower her to feel she has power and control over others. And her greed is unbearable. I pray Bob sees the destructive nature of his wife before its to late. Her self-entitlement, hunger for power and control, abusiveness, lack of people skills and greed will be her destruction. From one business owner to another: Bob WAKE-UP!!! Love is not that damn blind.
