I purchased a granite countertop from MCM several years ago, my contractor installed the undercount sink. The sink literally fell away from the granite last month, just before Thanksgiving. MCM technician came early, and spent three hours doing the reinstallation exquisitely. He charged me an incredibly reasonable fee for the three hours of profess work. Other service companies should take lessons from this company for customer satisfaction.
