We would like to give you some information about ourselves. We are a family owned and operated business. The owners are Phil and Lisa Noto. Gaetano's Bakery Inc opened it's doors in 1985. We added catering to our diverse menu in 1987. In addition to catering, we also offer pizza, wings, party subs, cookies, pastries, breads and rolls. In addition to our retail store and catering business, we distribute our bread to many area restaurants. Our catering has grown from a couple of parties for friends to many parties for repeat customers both at their homes as well as corporate occasions. As indicated on our menus, we offer catering for 10 or more people. We hope the menus on the following pages help you in designing or choosing an existing menu that makes your party or occasion a complete success. Call or stop in to see Phil or Lisa for advice when planning your next catering event. We are available for catering 7 days a week. Please feel free to drop by our bakery any time to look over our catering portfolio of pictures and endless comment forms from our customers. We feel strongly that health food safety is number one in preparing your catered event. Serving safe food is not an option, it is our obligation as food service professionals. Proper training is essential to create a culture of food safety within our establishment. We are certified by both the Monroe County Health Department and the Serv-Safe program ( this is the industry standard in food safety training and is accepted in almost all United States jurisdictions ). We are a member of the International Food Safety Council, and the New York State Association of Milk and Food Sanitarians. Thank you for taking the time to preview our website.
