        Overall

        NOT GOOD! They quoted me one price and assured me that it would not change. They later billed an unauthorized fee to my credit card for a 1-way return in which the receiving store issued a receipt for $0 (no return fee). I called the store 3 times to get this resolved and was on hold for more than 20 minutes each without being able to speak with someone. This issue is still unresolved.
