East Coast Limousine

Harrison Dean — 1 starWe booked East Coast Limo for my brothers 30th birthday. We had about 15 people get together (some of which came in from out of town) and had planned to get a limo and do some bar hopping downtown. Our plan was to get picked up around 10:30 but at 9:50 I get a call from the limo company. They tell me that apparently the transmission blew on our limo and we were out of luck. They didn't have another car available and made no attempt to call any other limo company to get us a ride. They just said "sorry" and offered to take half off the price if we did it the following night...(this was a Saturday night mind you...who the hell can go bar hopping til 2am on a Sunday night??)



I then spent the next half hour calling every single limo company in the city with no success as it's impossible to get another limo at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. And since East Coast Limo technically had a driver available but a broken car and didn't try and offer the driver to another limo company to drive for us I am almost certain they lied about the car breaking down and they overbooked the night (I talked to another limo driver about this and that certainly was a possibility). So now since I was the one organizing this event I had to explain to 15 people why we no longer have a limo.



Needless to say this was the worst experience I've had with any business. Ever.

We used East Coast limo services for our daughter's prom and I couldn't be happier! The seven girls that rode in the limo were all smiles when it pulled up to our house on time.the driver was so wonderful to the girls and took a lot of the worry off of us parents! They had a flawless evening and all the girls were dropped off at their homes without any issues. Overall the whole experience was wonderful and I credit Miles,the owner, for that. He was very organized and helpful. Our driver was awesome! She helped the girls have a special night in so many ways and we the patents are so grateful! Will defiantly be using this service again!

Beware prom goers and special event attendees-- this limo serice dos NOT specialize in creating special memories nor do they practice responsible customer service!!!

RENTAL - 5:30 pm TO 1:30 AM



We hired this service to provide transporation for our children to attend the prom. The driver showed up on time but complained from the beginning. It's too many stops. The limo was hired for 8 hours. The kids had to attend the prom for at least 4 hours. The driver took at least 45 minutes to an hour to go from the east side of town to the west side. Ridiculous! At the third stop, the owner of the company spoke with me on the phone and informed me that the limo gets 8 miles to the gallon. Okay, why would that be a concern of mine or the kids? For the $900.00 plus dollars he was paid, you would think that he could fill the tank. Next problem, the limo company was paid for 16 students to ride. At the end of the event, the kids went out to find the limo gone! I called the driver and he said he would be arriving shortly and for the kids to stay in front of the building. As the kids loaded the limo, the driver said 16 kids were too many. HUH? They were paid for sixteen kids!! My daughter calls to inform me that 2 kids HAVE to GET OUT of the limo. She got out and two other young ladies got out. I told her I was on the way--stay in the building until I get there. The owner then calls me and says, "Why did your daughter call you? The kids that are left will have to get their OWN rides home from WEST Henrietta". And "you don't have to leave your house". By the time he said those words, I was all ready on the 590. My daughter calls back and says that the driver will take all 16 to Friendly's @ West Henrietta and Crittenden Roads. The limo and kids arrive at Friendly's at 11:25 PM. The kids eat and are done by 12:45 PM. The kids that live on the eastside of town get in my vehicle {I was taking them home} and the westside kids get in the limo. The limo driver then informs me that he's ONLY making one stop and all the kids in the limo will have to WALK home from the corner of Genesee Street and Arnett Boulevard at 1:30 in the morning! I informed him that we are less than 5 minutes from the westside drop offs and all of the kids live within a few blocks of each other. It would have taken 15 minutes at the most to make the 4 drops. The driver proceeded to sit in Friendly's parking lot for another 20 minutes--it's now about 10 minutes after 1 AM. The driver proceeds to 490 Eastbound and drives 20 mph on the expressway. He exits at Brooks Avenue and proceeds down Thurston Road, the 1st stop was at the corner of Lehigh and Thurston. He kept driving! The next drop was Arnett Blvd--he drove past the young ladies house and let her out at the corner--about six houses from where she lives. I told the kids In the car to inform their parents of what was happening before we left Friendly's and to meet us at the corner of Genesee/Arnett. The driver had to pull over because the kids saw their parents on Arnett Boulevard. The owner then calls me on the phone and says, "if you give my driver $100.00, he'll take the kids home". I believe this limo service tried to make the rental go overtime as evidenced by the delay at Friendly's, the tortoise-like driving on the expressway and the blantant disregard for the safety of the prom goers. NEVER AGAIN would I utilize this limo company and I will make it my business to inform others of the type of service they were willing to dish out to students who JUST WANTED TO ENJOY TO PROM AND HAVE SAFE TRANSPORTATION THERE AND BACK!!!!!!!!!
