        Very unsatisfied with the leve...

        Very unsatisfied with the level of customer service at this location, Elaine who usually is at the front desk taking care of customers is extremely rude.. even when you are PAYING YOUR BILL,GIVING THEM MONEY. This is how 30+ Year policy holder is treated. Do your self a favor and drive the extra mile or two to go to another office.. There is absolutely no excuse for the poor customer service you will encounter at this office.
