Benedict Plumbing/Rochester

They fixed the problem but were significantly over priced. 3hrs of labor + Plastic Tub Shower Waste Overflow Drain Kit. ($40 in parts) = $500.00 bill! Nothing was itemized on the bill, just a total. No details, like parts and labor. I called to inquire. They said someone would get back to me. It's been a week, no call yet! I will never use again.

I had major back-up in my basement, called a very well known plumbing company from the phone book. They charged me an arm and leg. Problem came back 2 days later called the same company they said there would be an additional charge didnt want to try and sell my kids!!! A friend recommended Benedict Plumbing I called them and they came in a timely fashion not to mention they only charged me half of what i originally paid!!! Wow what service and very nice people. recommend them to anyone!!! Very happy with the service and the Bill!!!

I was at my wits end, my husband,you know the kind he is a roofer by trade and plumber at night!!! well he messed up our plumbing and i called Benedict Plumbing they came right out and gave an estimate and fixed my husbands lack of plumbing work right away!!!
