Roan Mountain Pharmacy of Bakersville

The people at this family-owned pharmacy are so kind. They go out of their way to accommodate me if I am in a hurry, or by calling my doctor if there is any problem. They greet me like a member of the family.



There are times when other customers are very rude to the people who work there, and the people who work there never respond in the same tone, they are always professional and nice.



Plus they have competitve prices--I am one of those people who has to pay full price for my prescriptions through private insurance until I reach a big deductible, so I look for competitive pricing.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. The only reason I go to this local pharmacy is that it is close to where I live. The nearest other pharmacy is over 30 minutes away. This is a family run business and the employees are not that nice at all. They are particularly mean to my disabled husband. I guess that is why they get away with there behavior. Maybe someday they will get there act together. For now I give it a thumbs down.
