Very good service, Eric was great at handling my RV slide out covers. My overall experience was very good. Nice company.

I bought my 2013 45' Monaco Diplomat Coach to Waits RV Center for regular maintenance, a Manufactures Product recall repair and some repairs covered under my extended service plan. Two days later the insurance had approved the repairs, 4 days later the parts were in, the maintenance was completed and the next day the coach was ready for pickup. Most importantly they were very knowledgeable in the troubleshooting and repair of the side and backup camera system.
