Hess Orthodontics

I will be getting my braces on there in a few days and I am very excited to work with Hess Orthodontics over the next 12-15 months. The office is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly (almost annoyingly friendly!). Their office provides amenities such as a teeth brushing station, an arcade, a massage chair, and a really cool hot chocolate maker - just little things that can make your visit more enjoyable. It's just a really nice place and I'm glad that I found them!

Dr. Hess not only has my children's orthodontic health in mind but is also mindful of our budget. He is professional yet still personable. I know that my kids mouths are in the best of hands!

My children are not patients here YET, but i did want to write a public thank you to say WOW! Thank you so much for the gift of $100! I think it is so awsome that you support classroom teachers in this way! I can't tell you how many times I purchased items for my classroom when shopping at Walmart or Publix-usually 30-40 dollars each time. With the money you gave me, I replenished the treasure box, bought some stickers and awards, and even a few craft goodies for the upcoming holiday. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR FISHBOWL CONTEST! GO HESS ORTHODONTICS!!!!!

Dr. Hess and Staff are amazing. They are professional, caring and prove that suburb customer service still exist. All to much these days that concept has gone out the window. You are always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. My son and I feel like part of the family here. He loves going to his appointments and I enjoy taking him. Dr. Hess is also VERY involved in the community, sponsors area little leagues, community projects and events and all his donations to local schools cannot go without recognition. Hats off to you guys for a job well done and thank you is not enough!

I've never had such a welcoming and pleasant experience in any other dental office. The staff is so cheerful and friendly, and Dr. Hess is absolutely brilliant. As far as financials are concerned, the facility will work with you every way possible, in order to to give your family the best smile. They are the most understanding and thoughtful office.
