Not good service

Highly not recommended. After dealing with them for 2 years, they tried to claim they didn't receive my credit union funds (automatic check, showed completed in my CU account).



There was ambiguity between the wife and the husband (leslie) as to why the funds never made it, even though my bank called and told them they definitely should have received the funds. They put blame on the bank first, then the post office "error" which made no sense. The wife stated that she had about 15-20 people whose bank failed to get the money to them. That was Bank of America, which isn't even who I use.



They kept the overcharge on my account, because I was so rude, when I'm too hopped up on anxiety medicine to even raise my voice. Apparently asking for a direct answer is being rude. I was crying though, and the wife yelled at me on the phone, saying it was my fault, even while the Credit Union rep was saying they definitely should have received this check. Now it's been 20 days since the check would have arrived. How do they lose 20 checks? Their mailbox is liftable. Anyone could've stolen them. Or they may have claimed they didn't receive it due to their own desire to get extra cash from customers who gladly hand over the money.



Her excuse: there was a change in zip code



I talk to my ex and he says there was no change since 3 years ago.



His excuse: You misunderstood, she never said that.



He never told me what I was misinterpretting, nor what she "meant" when she claimed 15-20 peoples funds never showed, by mail.



Mail might be unreliable, but there was one month last year that they lost the checks for 5 days and sent the late fee bill and I told her I know I hand mailed that check, and she was like...ohh, yes, you did...I misplaced a few checks. How come the dishonesty though?



btw--when she claimed the zip code changed 3 months ago, she also said she wasn't required to mail out a change of address, nor inform her 500 customers. How's that work? He said "she never said that, you're too hung up on it."
