I had a very poor first experi...

I had a very poor first experience and will not use this company again. Their prices are hard to beat and the staff and technician were very friendly, however the company is a pain to deal with. I hired them to open up a system for the year. They came out on a Wednesday and during the course of opening the system a valve was broke. It was an old valve however it was operating just fine. The technician had opened and closed the valve once during the process and when messing with it again the valve broke. They had to re-schedule me to bring out a new valve for over a week later on a Friday. They canceled the appointment because they were backed up and re-scheduled for Monday. They no-showed for that appointment and after I called re-scheduled for Tuesday. The tech showed up, fixed the valve and the system works great now. However they charged me an additional $108 for parts and labor to fix a valve that the technician broke. The manager blamed the age of the system and said they were not responsible when it was already a working valve that he had just opened and closed a bit earlier in the initial appointment. If it was a faulty part, it would have broke the first time he tried to open/close it. The entire process was extremely frustrating. From them cancelling appointments to then charging me for a part that they broke.....I will never use them again. I would have been happy had they bothered to call me to cancel appointments instead of simply not showing up. I would have been happy if they would have stood by their work and not charged me for parts that they themselves damaged. In the future I will pay a bit more money for a company that actually stands by their work and treats your appointment and your personal time with respect.

Customer Satisfaction

Simply Green is the only company I will have touch my sprinkler system. Very professional, always provide the service exactly the same. They notify me ahead of time to schedule my appts, send me reminders, and are always on time. The deliver what you pay for and thier prices are better than anyone in the metro. Its amazing because it seems like every year I get a different person out to inspect my system and the friendly customer service never changes. In Olathe we have to haver our system certified and they include that in thier spring start up cost and send all the paperwork to the city for you. Makes it so easy and I never worry about a thing. They will program and get your system exactly how you ask.
