        Overall

        They sold us a bathtub that arrived broken. They are not responding to emails, phone calls, twitter, we can't even leave a voicemail, and the links on their website are down. Hopefully we will get a refund through our credit card. I want to give them zero star but apparently that is not option, which is why I give them 1
