Lots O Love Grooming

Excellent grooming experience. Courteous employees who seem to love the pets. They are very kind to them. Pets always look great after a cut and shampoo. Would recommend them.

i took my huge sheppard for a wash and flea treatment... the lady was very acomodating and helpful. hes 110 pounds so petco petsmart all wanted 80-85.00. I paid 20 used their tools and towel. I am happy with the services they offer.

Took my dog in before it was ok . Took her in two months later they called me to pick her they couldn't do anything that she was flopping around to much. they gave her to me all wet the couldn't even dry her and still charged me 25 bucks what a rip off never will I go there again.

We had the same thing happen to our dog today. We took my dog into them this morning at 11:30 and they told us she would be done around 3:30. Well we called back and they said she hadn't gone in yet. I am thinking we should have gone over there to pick her up and taken her somewhere else to get groomed a little better. She is a cockapoo and needs to be groomed very carefully. I am vety upset on what they did. They groomed off all of her hair and now when she goes outside she could get sunburned. We plan on calling them to complain but I don't think that will do much good. But I am for sure going to let all of my friends know to not take their dogs there!!!! I sure hope my dog will be ok after this terrible haircut. She must have been scared and plus they had her in a cage for so long which makes me even more upset. Don't take your dogs to this place.

This is by far the worst grooming experience we could have subjected our poor puppie to!! He was half trimmed and to be honest looked worse than when we dropped him off. When I called to complain I was told he was unruly even though he's become fairy familar with the ladies on staff since he's been going there for almost a year! I thought we found a nice local groomers that cared about our pet but obviously I was very wrong!!!!
