After three plumbing companies failed to find the leak in my home, I decided to call my insurance company. They recommended Exact Leak Detection. A field supervisor and his assistant arrived at my door in a little over an hour. They performed tests with equipment I had not seen performed by the previous plumbers. They detected that there was an "intermittent leak going on in the footing" of my garage wall. After finding the leak he explained that in order to ensure that was the only leak going on, he would perform further tests throughout the plumbing system. I felt very comfortable and they made me feel at ease. The field supervisor had two plumbing technicians arrive at my home within the hour and my leak was repaired the same day.

This company was horrible! I called mutiple times and didn't get a response. The secretary said she wasn't sure why the technician wasn't calling me back. I then got a call from Ricardo who made up a lie about being on vacation. He set up a time to come locate a leak we had. He never showed up for the appointment. I called multiple times and ended up emailing, faxing, and texing him with zero reponse. The next day he called me in the middle of the day while I was at work and advised he was on the way over. He never apologized or explained why he hadn't come the evening before. I had to leave work immediately and went home. He couldn't locate the leak and said he would send another technician back to inspect the problem/locate the leak. The technician showed up later that day and left when my brother-in-law asked what he was doing and if he had found anything. He never came back or located the leak. I called Ricardo the next day to ask when they would be able to return and locate the leak/fix the problem. Ricardo then said he thought my brother-in-law was rude and that he thought that meant we didn't need his services any longer?? I explained that I was the one that hired him and that I did need his services, I was just waiting for him to actually find/fix the problem. He refused to give me a day/time he was going to come back to complete the service and just kept saying he would get back to me and never called back or answered my calls. I felt like he was avoiding me so I finally called from another number and he answered and stated that they were going to "pass on this one". I wasted a week of time with all of this back and forth and never got my problem fixed. I ended up loosing money because we paid Ricardo and Exact Leak for their services and they didn't fix anything and then refused to come back and find the actual problem. The time lost resulted in my water bill being way higher than normal. I would NEVER recommend this company and I really feel like I was cheated.

This company is terrible. The guy came and "fixed" the problem, promised me it was fixed and then my next water bill was higher than before. It took over a week to get him to call back and then he said I have another leak. Then he tells me he doesn't want to do the job and to call someone else. I've never dealt with someone so unresponsive and unprofessional. I obviously would not recommend this company.

This company provides nothing but excellent service. The operators were friendly, the inspection was fast, efficient, and I have never had a problem since. You won't go wrong with this company!
