Encore

I was down from SF area attending a workshop at La Verne in Ontario and was delighted by the catered reception, so much so that I made inquiries to discover who provided such delights for both my tastebuds and eyes.

The table theme was delights of the sea as was the menu...

The displays/decorations were outstanding as was the food.

Everything from the canapés of shrimp mousse to the artichoke remoulades were suited for the finest restaurants I've ever been in. The hearts of palm salad was delicious but the lemonade = perfect!

Locally grown organic lemons, freshly squeezed, no less!

I only wish they would travel - the finest food I've ever eaten in Riverside, without a doubt.
