General Info: Riverside County District Attorney s Office represents the people of the state of California in all criminal matters arising in Riverside County. With a budget of more than $69 million and a staff of over 600, it is one of the largest district attorney s offices in the United States. It s more than 220 prosecutors and over 380 support personnel serve the citizens of the county in more than eight branch offices throughout the county, from Temecula in the southwest to Blythe on the Colorado River. Its attorneys, with the help of investigators and other support personnel, prosecute felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases. The victim witness assistance center staff assists victims and witnesses in navigating the criminal justice system, and help them recover expenses incurred due to crime.
