Filthiest dentist office I've ever been too. I was afraid of them putting their hands in my mouth. Refused treatment. Hand to use an old hand held camera for an ex-ray. My chair, sun glasses they provide and back area were extremely sub-par. This was at the base of my dental chair.

Either Dr. Carlisle is the biggest idiot or greedy.
Canyon Springs dental office is run by Pacific Dental Services and most of the employees you see at the office are actually employees of Pacific Dental Services. Their website promises dentist that they will make more money using their service that by going it alone. Probably because they rip off their patients.
I have been to 3 of their run offices and I can see why most of the offices ran by Pacific Dental Services rate a "D" with teh Better Business Bureau. Getting back to the first sentence, how doesn't a dentist know what is happening under his nose?
I was told one month that their were 6 areas on my gums that read a 6 or 7 and that they had this powder for $65 per area that would cure my periodontal diease. They wanted do the lessor areas but it was too expensive. A month later I had an appointment on the 12th and got a phone call stating my appointment was for the 11th. They wanted to rip me off more and changed my appointment so I would meet the periodontist. I told them I did not want to see him but I sat in the office waiting area for a long time past my newly given appointment time and was presuaded to meet him since my appointment was time was off schedule and I was just sitting their.. They changed my appointment had me sit in the office until I was bait.OMG
Some how the powder did not work and all my areas of gums were reading 2 numbers higher than a month before. The periodontist told me I was going to lose my teeth. The office gal gave me an estimate at a 5 figure $$$$$ amount and told me the procedure was just 15 minutes, because I did not have the time to stay and they were only going to cut 4 holes into my gums. That is not what happened!!! They cut all of my gums out and stitched them back, the shots took 20 minutes, one for every tooth front and back, not the 15 minutes promissed. 3 hours it took, and while I ws having my procedure done that is when I signed the paperwork. Under distress.
After the procedure I went tot eh front desk and tha amount was higher then the 5 figure $$$$$ amount I was given. I was told that they had to put in more bone graft than quoted and that was why it was higher. I had major surgery, I had stitches inbetween every tooth, most dentist would had a concern for their patients driving abilitites and told them to arrange for someone to pick them up, at Canyon Springs they want to tell you anything so you have the procedure then and really don't care if you make it home. Or that of the others on the road. DO you think a person who just had that done was able to drive? Why could they not schedule it for a later date than telling me that it was just a 15 minute procedure?????????? I guess they did not want me to get a second opinion. Either the first procedure was a rip off with the powder or the econd with the higher numbers. I will tell you this, I am not sure about the bone graft that ws promissed when given the higher bill, or the procedure it's self. My molars are all lose and need to be pulled all less than a year after the procedure.
I have a bad taste in my mouth and it is Canyon SPrings Dental , Grove Dental and Arlington Dental, common thread Pacific Dental Services
