Prime Auto Imports

We called ahead and spoke to Adam. We explained that we were traveling from Nassau NY to Riverside, NJ --he said "sure come on by, see you soon" --tolls, and 1 hr travel time with a toddler in the car.. When we got there, the car was not on the premises. Adam acted smug and pretended he did nothing wrong. They asked us to wait 45 minutes, then 10 minutes, then the car will be there soon, then it's around the corner. Do you want us to buy you lunch? NO, I dont need your lunch, just be professional and respect other people's time. 2 hours of waiting and we just got fed up and left--precious Saturday went to waste. Awful awful experience with this dingy, shady little operation.
