I-57 Rib House

I made a promise in 2022 this place and their in-law are off my list this have to be the worst, the owners need to stop bragging 2 their so call friends about
this place n need to stop giving LV their $$$ and invest in customer service. The customer service is terrible , the food is hit or miss and the employee who must be family members n or friends are unbelievable rude. If it was not for the BBQ sauce this place would have been out of business they use cheap meat. The last few time I had to come hm and cook some more meat was so Tough… for ppl that feel I am over exaggerating ask for no sauce and sauce on the side u will see…

It just seems that I57 Ribs that has been around for years would be at a different point in 2016...Sometimes the ribs are great and sometimes there not. The wait times are a big much and sometime they won't answer the phone!!! What great business does that? Its pretty sad that upper management doesn't care enough to make some serious changes...It can be done!!! Unfortunately I am no longer going to be wasting my time and money anymore with places like this because there is just no excuse. Someone is truly getting paid and its not the workers on the front line who has to take crap from customers...Put upper management seems to think that this is ok and just fine...Try not going and they see a drop in sales, maybe they will restructure the whole plan...Its a shame, it once was the best around but not anymore and I am so done with I57 ribs.

Love the food but service is subpar. Expect attitudes from employees and extremely long wait time. Plus phone has to ring over 10x before someone will pick up.

They suck they don't answer the phone,, cashier has attitude... minimum wage types

The foods great but expect the person at the window to have a attitude. The manager needs to evaluate who they hire as cashiers.
