        My daughter transferred to Ripon Elementary as a 3.0 student from her last school. At her last school she was on the 7th grade school soccer team and at the same time she play softball through the city leagues. I transferred my daughter out of her previous school due to too many serious accidents. After enrolling her in Ripon Elementary my daughter’s grades dropped dramatically to all Fs. I believe this was due to poor teaching methods and continued harassment throughout the year. She spent her entire elementary years as a star student and in her last year she had to watch her fellow classmates graduate while she was left out. This school prided itself as a close family which in my experience is NOT a good thing. My daughter left this school severely mentally scarred. Her grades went back up at Ripon High and I transferred her to Gregori where her GPA averages from a 3.0 to a 3.5. Since then certain staff has been replaced so hopefully there has been some improvement.
